Implementation of employee education about the claims prevention and response.
July 10, 2015Recently, cases to develop into claims misleading because answering of customer service and telephone to customers such as TV and magazines are scattered. We invited a lecturer from the outside to prevent such a problem in our company and we conducted employee education.
